As of January 1st, 2009 we will offer STORE CREDIT ONLY for your website purchase returns on items back to us within 30 DAYS of the shipping date, with the following guidelines:

  • Items must be in original condition, and have all parts of the packaging. Please keep in mind, products that have been installed are no longer in "original condition."
  • Sadly, it has become an industry standard to charge restocking fees. If our vendors charge us to return it, we will pass that cost on to you. That can be 15-50% depending on the supplier. That is not a mark-up, that is what they charge us. Returns must also be shipped prepaid in order for us to accept it. If the error is ours, we will refund all your shipping fees. Otherwise, we do not refund shipping and handling charges, nor do we accept returns after 30 days from the original shipping date. No exceptions.
  • Bath tubs are big, and are handled differently. If the error is ours we will cover the return shipping-- But DON’T ship a tub back to us on your own dollar. We will arrange for shipment, usually by truck, for a basic cost of $200.
  • Special Orders are not returnable. Sorry. Your personal requests like length or color, while great for your space you were thinking of, can be too difficult for us to resell in a timely fashion.
  • A 15% restocking fee may be charged for curtain items that have been ordered from outside vendors. This charge usually covers getting it back to them, and back on their shelves.
